Can't sleep, thoughts on consciousness.

Can anyone out there explain to me the mystery of consciousness? What is time and space? How can I expand my own living consciousness, live all lives at once to their fullest and experience the world as the collective ALL? Right now it seems that I'm stuck with only my imagination and a profound love of all things.
